Ivana is HR director at Direct Media. She is responsible for leading the process of recruitment and organizational development in all countries where Direct Media operates. Ivana obtained a degree in marketing and political science at the American University of the Ozarks and attended the Harvard Business School, the Bled School of Management and the European Management Center in Brussels. She has an internationally recognized HR CIPD certificate.
Evica Kuč is Business Communications Manager on the program for strengthening capacities of the business sector (BOS biz services). She leads the BOS biz team, leads and improves the cooperation and communication with the business sector, develops BOS biz services and implements operational plans for commercial business, identifies business opportunities and negotiates sales and the realization of BOS biz services. She is a certified trainer at the Clingendael Netherlands Institute of International Relations, for the field of negotiation and communication. She is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce HR forum, and a member of the educational programme ‘'Future Studies'’ Programme Board.
Ivana is currently part of Philip Morris South East Europe HR team, at the position of Manager Commercial Organization Development. Her extensive and diverse experience in marketing and communications, market and consumer research as well as product innovation, she has gained by working in Philip Morris International, Henkel and Saatchi & Saatchi advertising agency. During the last period, she was focused on creation and development of interactive and gamified Coaching training, aimed for employees education of all levels. This project represents one of the first steps in HR digitization within PMI company.
