KATARINA JOVANOVIĆ ČORLIJA

S&T SERBIA

Katarina is a HR Generalist in S&T Serbia (a part of international corporation S&T AG), one of leading IT companies in Serbia. She is responsible for recruitment and selection, motivation and development of the successful team that enables S&T to deliver latest IT solutions. After graduating at the Faculty of Philosophy, she obtained her magister degree at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences with thesis regarding Executive and Talent search.

MARIJANA PAVLOVIĆ

KPMG

Marijana currently holds the position of HR manager at KPMG. She has significant experience in the field of human resources, in terms of developing HR policies and procedures, in the process of selecting, identifying and allocating training needs, as well as in their implementation. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade and obtained MA degree from the famous Nationale des Ponts Echo et Chaussées, University of Bristol.

MARINA RAKIĆ

IBM

Marina is currently on position of HR Partner for SEE and Central-Eastern Europe within IBM. After more than seven years of experience in HR, she assumed the position of regional HR Partner. Prior to appointment as regional HR Partner, she worked as Country HR Manager for IBM Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Albania with full responsibility of setting up local HR department and working with local management team on country HR strategy.

SONJA JOVANOVIĆ

ERNST & YOUNG

Sonja joined EY in 2008 as HR Assistant Director. In that role, she is responsible for developing HR strategy with the executives, partners, and CMP of the company, corporate HR programs, complying with the statutory and regional requirements, leadership and team building events, employee selection, progression, and compensation systems, budgeting, as well as many other fields of work.
