Bojana worked more than 3 years as a Researcher and she was engaged on many social research projects. Her main duties were creating methodology tools, conducting focus groups and interviews, training and coordination of surveyors and interviewers during field research. Bojana has joined Gi Group HR Solutions in June 2015. She is involved in Recruitment and Selection processes and responsible for managing mass recruitment and lower level individual recruitment and selection projects.
Ivana joined Gi Group HR Solutions d.o.o. in September 2013 as HR Consultant and she is responsible for managing mass recruitment and lower level individual recruitment and selection projects for different clients. She started her career in Confida Consulting d.o.o. in HR Department, and after two years she joined Great United Trading d.o.o. as Business Consultant where she was responsible for recruitment and selection process and organization of internal trainings.
Marina has years of experience in HR, she holds the position of regional HR Partner at IBM where she works on advisory and consulting of various HR programs supporting sales executives and managers. Prior to appointment as regional HR Partner, she worked as Country HR Manager with full responsibility of setting up local HR department and working with local management team on country HR strategy, design and execution of HR programs.
Milena started to work at Gi Group HR Solutions d.o.o. in May 2003. She currently holds a position of Senior HR Consultant in the Recruitment and Selection Department and is fully responsible for the execution of various Executive search and mid-level recruitment assignments in Serbia and region. Milena has outstanding knowledge of the local market and trends and as well as extensive experience in managing projects.
