Four mentor-mentee teams from the AMCHAMPS Class of 2015 reached the final stage of the program
In a tense semi-finals event, the four teams: Martina Petrović and Jovan Praštalo, Ana Petonjić and Jelena Lučić, Marina Petrović and Aleksandar Dimić and Đorđe Vuksanović and Ana Kaloperović scored the most points according to the AMCHAMPS Sem-finals Selection Committee. Their task was finding financial, strategic and marketing solutions for a ‘Chocko &Young’ case study developed by E&Y. This gives them an opportunity to win scholarships to attend MBA programs at Cotrugli Business School as well as to participate in Delta Holding’s employment program and Berlitz’s free foreign language program.
The finalists will be expected to create special projects mentored by members of the Board of AmCham. The semi-finals were preceded by eight months of hard work and competition, over20 lectures, workshops and extracurricular activities, 15 varied tasks and written articles demanding specific skills and practical knowledge.
The second generation of the AmChamps Young Leaders of Change program involved top 20 students of Belgrade University under supervision by 20 successful young managers of member companies of AmCham.
