AmCham comments on the Draft Law on eGovernment

AmCham has provided comments on the Draft Law on eGovernment, within the public discussion organised by the Ministry of Local Self Government and Office for IT and eGovernment.

AmCham has provided comments on the Draft Law on eGovernment that were sent to the Ministry of Local Self Government and Office for IT and eGovernment.

Some of the most important concerns are solutions provided in Articles 14 and 50, which regulate the obligation of getting the approval for data storage outside the unified computer network (but miss to prescribe approval criteria and data classification), as well as the obligation of authorities whose email accounts are stored outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia must transfer it to the servers in the Republic of Serbia within the given deadline (without specifying weather these obligation refers only to email accounts that authorities use for the processes and tasks of eGovernment).
