Aleksandra Majkić will talk about the types of prejudices, how unconscious biases occur in real business situations and their impact on our behavior, outcomes and business.\nWe will discuss microbehaviors influenced by unconscious biases and their effects on creating a workplace that is “not safe” and where people do not have equal opportunities to develop.\nAlso, we will present techniques for overcoming stereotypes and give practical action steps for overcoming unconscious biases.\n
