Until now, a total of 8 generations of final-yearstudents and young managers from AmChammember companies took part in this uniquementoring program,acquiring new practicalknowledge and skills
necessary for furtherprofessional development, exchanging ideasandexperiences,as well asnetworking withtheleading people of the business community in Serbia.
Throughout the program, participants workon assignments and projects, either in theirmentoring pairs or as part of larger teams,developing together their mentoringrelationships and team spirit
