The AMCHAMPS Alumni Network and the University of York Europe Campus hosted a panel discussion titled Leadership in the Age of AI: What Remains Human?
The event brought together alumni and business leaders to explore how artificial intelligence is reshaping leadership and executive decision-making, and to discuss what remains distinctly human in an increasingly AI-driven environment.
The conversation focused on the evolving role of intuition and experience in leadership, the transformation of executive judgment through AI, and the capabilities that will define effective leaders in the future.
The panel was moderated by Prof. Leslie T. Szamosi, Dean of the School of Business and Director of the Pan-European Executive MBA at the University of York Europe Campus.
Panelists included Prof. Yannis Manolopoulos, Dean of the School of Science and Head of the Computer Science Department; Sandra Lazarević, Head of PR and Marketing at Banca Intesa and alumna of the University of Sheffield; Miloš Drača, Head of GTM – Adriatic at Wonderful and AMCHAMPS alumnus; Aleksandar Vratonjić Gligorijević, CMO at TeleGroup Ltd and AMCHAMPS alumnus; and Đorđe Marović, CTIO and Executive Board Member at Telekom Srbija and alumnus of the University of Sheffield.
