Inspiring and empowering talents to excel

AmCham HR Forum strives to be a leader in promoting lifelong learning concept through various educational initiatives, aimed at growing leaders of AmCham member companies, empowering HR professionals and developing youth as the workforce of the future.

The Forum creates a platform for sharing best HR experiences, initiates educational activities for AmCham community, as well as organizes and supports learning programs designed for improving and innovating the education of youth.

Exchange of Contemporary HR Practices and Professional Networking

The HR Forum serves as a platform for connecting HR professionals and exchanging practical, modern HR solutions. It focuses on highlighting innovative approaches to people management and work organization, while strengthening collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the HR community.

 

Developing Future HR Leaders and Strengthening the HR Profession

The HR Forum is dedicated to developing a new generation of HR leaders through mentorship, knowledge exchange, and reinforcing the strategic role of HR within companies. Its goal is to contribute to the advancement of the HR profession and position it as a key partner in organizational development.

Organizational Culture, Engagement, and Intergenerational Collaboration

Special emphasis is placed on building a resilient, inclusive, and adaptable work environment. The HR Forum addresses topics such as organizational culture, employee engagement, intergenerational collaboration, and motivation, with an understanding of the diverse values, needs, and expectations of employees.

Integration of Foreign Workforce and Inclusive Work Environment

The exchange of experiences and best practices related to the employment and integration of foreign workforce in companies, including regulatory, organizational, and cultural aspects. The focus is on creating an inclusive and functional work environment that supports diversity and effective collaboration.

Practical HR Team Models and Operational Efficiency

Discussions on various HR organizational models — from centralized and decentralized structures to flexible and agile solutions. The aim is to share insights on how to align HR team structures with business needs and enhance their contribution to overall company performance.
