Enabling better and faster services to the citizens and businesses, while at same time creating stimuli for private entrepreneurship.
Helping Government and businesses to adopt AI technologies, through changes to regulatory framework and tech education.
Improving the enforcement of data protection rules and helping Government to strengthen internal cyber security capacities and structures, resulting in improvement of cybersecurity for all segments of Serbian society.
Adoption of the new Law on Personal Data Protection, corresponding to the EU legal framework and encompassing the most important suggestions AmCham has provided during the public discussion.
