The Business and Corporate Law Committee is established to improve corporate and commercial legislation and business practices in Serbia. The Committee contributes to efficient, transparent and consistent implementation of laws and regulations that impact doing business across key sectors and industries of the Serbian economy, as well as improving the efficiency of the judiciary.
The Committee keeps an open channel of discussion with the Government and relevant institutions for ensuring consistent interpretation and implementation of the company law framework. It further promotes protection of creditors’ rights and their efficient implementation in insolvency and enforcement proceedings.

Formation of special courts at the level of court organization or by chambers within the court, as well as organization of trainings in priority areas.
Concentration of evidentiary proceedings and the creation of conditions for electronic communication (e-Court application).
Primarily in the areas of electronic sales, enforcement on real estate and enforcement in commercial matters.
