“Women in Tech” is a mentoring program implemented by AmCham Serbia, whose goal is to train and empower women and girls in the ICT field, through skill development, professional networking and mentoring support in the process of starting their careers.
Special speed dating kick-off event matches participants in mentor-mentee pairs.
Throughout the program they develop their mentoring relationship and in parallel take part in a variety of activities, balancing professional development, networking opportunities and work on common projects.
The program is aimed at creating interconnections, acquiring concrete knowledge applicable in ICT jobs/companies, as well as strengthening the leadership skills of participants.
