Implementation of the National single window, decreasing the time needed for import procedures for agricultural, food and non-food products, enabling electronic communication of business entities with Customs Administration.
Establishment of effective risk analysis within sanitary inspection, as well as other pre-market inspections, in order to ease the import for companies with good business practices, goods harmonized with regulatory requirements and developed internal safety and quality control;
Elimination of delays in issuing registration for new drugs, renewal of registration and approval of promotional materials, in line with regulatory deadlines. Acceptance of EU certificates of conformity, as well as laboratory analysis done in compliance with EU procedures;
Monitoring the implementation of the trade agreements signed within the Open Balkan Initiative, as well as potential expansion of the list of goods and regulatory measures which should be additionally simplified to achieve free movement of goods.
