AmCham Serbia and the SEE UP Accelerator organized the first event within the new HR Innovation Matchroom format, designed to connect HR professionals from member companies with innovative startup solutions developing products and services in the field of human resources management.
During the event, six startups presented their solutions: Recrewty, Rewardly, SciEd Technologies, Totema, Nimbus, and One Assessment.
Participants had the opportunity to explore solutions leveraging artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and digital tools to support HR functions. The presentations covered workforce intelligence, succession planning, compensation and benefits analytics, candidate and employee assessment, innovative recruitment approaches, and the digitalization of HR administration.
In addition to the startup pitches, the event provided opportunities for networking and direct discussions between company representatives and startup teams, focusing on knowledge exchange, identification of potential fields for cooperation, and future business partnerships.
A key takeaway from the event was the strong potential for deeper collaboration between the corporate and startup sectors, particularly in areas where emerging technologies and innovative business models can drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance the employee experience.
HR Innovation Matchroom is the first in a series of thematic Innovation Matchroom sessions that AmCham Serbia and the SEE UP Accelerator plan to organize across different business functions, with the goal of bringing startup innovation closer to member companies and fostering meaningful business collaboration.
