AmChamps participants and managers gathered for another program module dedicated to professional development, practical learning, and understanding modern approaches to decision-making and career growth.
The student segment of the program began with a visit to Adecco, where Ivan Vučićević, Operations Manager and AmChamps Alumnus, introduced participants to the company’s operations and shared insights on preparing for a first job. Through discussions on the recruitment process, employer expectations, and career development, students gained valuable perspectives to support their next professional steps.
The program continued with a joint session attended by both students and managers, featuring a lecture on neuromarketing delivered by Dr. Nikolaos Dimitriadis from EY Greece and the University of York. By combining neuroscience, psychology, and marketing, the session explored how people make decisions, process information, and respond to communication messages, while also highlighting the practical application of these insights in a business environment.
The managers’ program continued with an introductory coaching session led by Nataša Bulatović, HR Director at IQVIA. During the session, participants were introduced to the fundamental principles of the coaching approach, its role in leadership development, and the ways coaching can contribute to both professional and personal growth. Following the introductory session, each manager will take part in an individual one-on-one coaching session with Nataša.
