MK Grupa Vice-President and CEO recognised as Best Young Manager
The annual award honours successful individuals, entrepreneurs, and institutions active in promoting entrepreneurship and fostering philanthropy in Serbia.
The coveted honour was awarded for results achieved in growing the group’s banking division. Future plans include expansion throughout both the region and the EU, where MK Grupa has been present for over five years following its takeover of Slovenian Gorenjska Banka.
In Serbia, following its 2022 acquisition of Sberbanka, in 2023 AIK Banka signed an agreement to purchase Eurobank Direktna, with the transaction set to be completed later in the year once regulatory approval has been secured.
