Agile thinking helps deliver innovation consistently
The latest AmChamps event allowed the participants to find out about agile thinking and its importance for business innovation and improvements, as well as its differences from traditional approaches to managing change. The open-air workshop took place at OTP Bank’s OTPlay training centre at Lake Palić.
The Agile workshop was moderated by Jovana Pijanec, head of Business Analysis at OTP Bank, who showcased the agile project management methodology as deployed by the bank to help innovate and introduce improvements. The conversation focused on the significance of teamwork, understanding, co-operation, lifelong learning, and continuously following developments in the field to gain flexibility, achieve results, and improve service delivery.
The participants did practical assignments to demonstrate their understanding of differences between agile and waterfall project management methodologies and learn the strengths and weaknesses of both.
A stroll around Lake Palić ended the day on a relaxing note and gave the the AmChamps the chance to come together to unwind and enjoy the scenery.
The next set of AmChamps 009 activities is planned for early May.
