Leaders of tomorrow learn from leaders of today
The ninth AmChamps generation attended their second round of activities. The participants had the opportunity to meet AmCham President Stefan Lazarević, learn more about New Leadership, talk to pharma company Merck, Sharp & Dohme (MSD) about the challenges and stages of getting products to market, and have fun in our BizQuiz.
Stefan Lazarević presented Algorithmic Leadership and spoke about the skills needed by future leaders and the importance of horizontal leadership for successful business whilst referring to new technologies as opportunities rather than threats.
Getting Products to Market, a panel delivered by MSD, focused on showcasing what it took to get a product from the idea stage to final marketing using the example of the human papilloma virus (HPV) vaccine, a sensitive product that encounters many pitfalls before it can reach the market. The panellists were Nebojša Škuljec, Sandra Marinković, Ivana Rapajić Moran, Bogdan Lisul, Slađana Simić, and Miloš Metlić.
The presentations were followed by BizQuiz, where the participants and MSD staff had a chance to let off some steam, check their knowledge, and develop teamwork skills and competitiveness.
A new round of AmChamps activities is scheduled for early December.
