AmChamps 009 program participants spend quality time together
A team building retreat facilitated by MK Grupa, the last activity of the first part of the AmChamps 009 program, took place at Grand Hotel Kopaonik. The participants were able to network and spend quality time together in a less formal, relaxed ambience.
The workshop on change management was delivered by Mihailo Janković, CEO of MK Grupa, who encouraged the participants to think about how they react to change and recognize all stages in the process of accepting and adapting to new circumstances. The lecture also highlighted the importance of change for survival, development, and growth, both personal and corporate. Mihailo touched on the importance of minimizing resistance to change in organizations, introducing changes gradually, and having a clear vision and strategy to guide change.
The second day of the retreat saw a short hike intended to challenge the participants and allow them to learn about the natural landscape of Kopaonik from a local guide.
The remainder of the event was given over to informal activities, spending time together, and having fun. MK Grupa and Grand Hotel Kopaonik generously provided access to the wellness and spa center, and the participants also attended karaoke and tavern nights.
AmChamps 009 semi-finals are scheduled for early July.
