This time, the AmChamps participants had the opportunity to choose which interactive workshop to attend. The first group participated in a public speaking workshop led by Jelena Mikić, director of Represent Academy, where participants gained useful tips for improving their presentation skills. Through interesting exercises and simulations, they had the opportunity to socialize and try out different roles, which contributed to developing their confidence for public speaking. The second group had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge about constructive feedback giving and receiving through practical exercises and examples, delivered by Marijana Pavlović, HR director at KPMG.
After the workshops, Miša Lukić, founder and CEO of New Startegy, delivered a lecture on the topic of innovation and continuous growth. Through inspirational examples, Miša showed how small changes in perspective can bring about significant innovations. Emphasizing the belief that everyone is creative, he highlighted the importance of seeking new approaches to everyday situations, encouraging attendees to question established thinking patterns.
We rounded off the day with a lecture on the importance of compliance, delivered by representatives of Hemofarm, Ronald Seeliger, CEO, and Jelena Danilović, director of business compliance department. This lecture provided participants with a deeper insight into the significance of harmonizing processes within the company, in order to achieve more efficient operations and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
