AmChamps day dedicated to leadership development and entrepreneurial spirit.
Stefan Lazarević, President of the AmCham Board of Directors and CEO of NCR Voyix, presented four key initiatives he plans to implement during his two-year term to the participants of the AmChamps program. He also delivered a lecture on algorithmic leadership, highlighting the importance of adapting leadership in a dynamic business environment and continuous personal development.
After visiting NCR Voyix, participants had the opportunity to participate in a panel discussion “Journey from Entrepreneurship to Corporation,” moderated by Milica Milošević, CEO of Stetoskop and a former program participant. The panelists were Jasmina Knežević, founder of the first private hospital in Serbia – Bel Medic, and Dragan Popović, founder and CEO of Aigo. They shared their experiences, beginnings, obstacles, and key steps towards success, providing insights into the essence of entrepreneurship.
Svetoslav Atanasov, CEO of Coca-Cola Hellenic, delivered an inspiring lecture, sharing his experience and his leadership journey, factors that have influenced the change of traditional leadership for the better, and skills that make a good leader.
These lectures provided participants of the AmChamps program with valuable insights and inspiration for further development in the business world.
