As part of the AmChamps 10 program, a new set of activities included introducing participants to the workings of Nelt Co “first-hand”.
Robert Jenovai, Chief Executive Officer of Nelt Co, extended a warm welcome to the AmChamps participants. Following this, he offered them a comprehensive overview of Nelt’s operations, its various business sectors, strategies, and his personal career journey within the organization.
The focus of the visit was on gaining a deeper understanding of the key role of distribution and logistics in business processes.
Marina Milojević, National Sales Manager for Key Accounts, and Radivoje Ćalasan, Warehouse Manager, presented the structure and pillars of Nelt’s business and their interconnectedness.
After the introductory part, the AmChamps particapants toured the warehouse accompanied by storage specialist Miloš Janković, gaining insight into storage processes and the flow of goods in the warehouse.
Veran Adamović, Senior Division Manager, conducted a workshop on business risks, identifying potential challenges and discussing strategies for overcoming them, with interactive discussions with participants. Participants were then divided into groups to work on tasks related to managing business risks, presenting their solutions on the spot.
At the end of the day, Ivana Idei Todorić, Talent Management Manager, addressed the participants, sharing advice for further career development and supporting them in achieving their professional goals.
