Brewery joins a select group of 2,053 companies across 121 countries awarded this significant certificate
This is the first time Apatinska Pivara has been certified as both Top Employer Serbia and Top Employer Europe by the Top Employer Institute.

The Top Employer Institute certifies organisations based on the findings of its HR Best Practices survey. The survey looks at people practices based on six domains which cover 20 key HR themes, including people practices, work environment, talent acquisition, learning, diversity and inclusion, and well-being.
