Ingka Group (until recently known as IKEA Group) is the world’s leading furniture retailer that owns and operates 392 department stores in 32 countries. The IKEA Belgrade department store was opened on August 10, 2017, and its assortment has more than 9,500 functional and affordable products. IKEA opened a Delivery Center in Novi Sad, a Service Center for deliveries in Nis, as well as an IKEA Planning Studio in New Belgrade with the aim of bringing home planning and organization services closer to customers.
