NLB Komercijalna Banka receives Top Employer recognition for second consecutive year and becomes Serbia’s first Family Friendly certified bank
NLB Komercijalna Banka has been honored with the prestigious Top Employer certificate for the second consecutive year, again underscoring its status as one of Serbia’s most desirable firms for prospective employees. The certificate, awarded by Top Employers Institute, the global authority in recognizing excellence in managing human resources, reaffirms the bank’s commitment to creating an inspiring and supportive working environment, as well as its consistent application of excellent HR policies and practices aimed at ensuring staff development and welfare.
Certification is preceded by a survey in six key areas with 20 domains, including people strategy, work environment, talent acquisition, onboarding, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and wellbeing.
