Welcome to the online Nominations and Voting Platform for the Leadership of AmCham Working Groups! This year, you will be able to nominate and then vote for the Leadership and Agendas of 4 AmCham working groups:
In the first phase of the election process, you will be asked to NOMINATE the candidates for the Leadership of the working groups your company is part of, after which the VOTING platform will be opened, where you will be able to cast your votes for the eligible nominated candidates.
Elections timeline:
The deadline for nominations is Friday, September 19th @ 12:00 hrs, while nominations can be accepted and completed until Monday, September 22nd @12:00.
The voting process will be starting on Tuesday, September 23rd and will last until September 26th @ 17:00, after which the final election results will be published.
Important information:
The right to nominate, to be nominated, to vote, to be voted, and to be elected is accessible only to AmCham member companies.
One member company will have one vote and is entitled for only one seat per one working group. Once you nominate/cast your votes within one working group, further nominations/voting for the candidates in that specific working group will be denied for other members of your company.
All the nominees for Chair position MUST submit proposals of the working group’s two-year Agenda in English (up to 1600 characters with spaces), whilecandidates for the Vice Chair position need to submit Statements of Intent in English (up to 900 characters with spaces). Otherwise their nominations won’t be valid.

Accepted nominations will be published and updated on a daily basis on this link, while Agenda proposals and Statements of intent will be available after the nomination period expires.
