Researching the challenges faced by women in IT

The “Calling She for Her” initiative organized by DataArt initiates discussions on the challenges women face in the IT industry. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with experts in software engineering, business administration, and human resources management.

Consultations will address topics such as maternity leave and sabbaticals, invisible barriers in career advancement, gender-based workplace biases, challenges for women in male-dominated industries, the impact of cultural norms and stereotypes on women’s rights, career trends in IT, work-life balance, and the importance of mentorship programs for career development (within DataArt’s mentorship program).
