AmChamps participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge in digital transformation, the application of artificial intelligence, and the changes these technologies bring to modern business through the fifth module of the program, hosted at Microsoft.
The program opened with a presentation by representatives of Microsoft – Ivan Živković, Senior Account Executive, Jelena Bratić, Services Account Executive, and Jelena Ivanović, Senior Azure Core Sales Specialist. Through an overview of Microsoft’s approach to the development and application of artificial intelligence, participants were introduced to current trends, the opportunities AI brings to organizations, and concrete examples of its application across different sectors.
The importance of digital transformation for business and economic development was discussed by Ana Drašković, Vice President Country Manager SEE at Visa and President of AmCham Serbia. Through an overview of current business trends, participants gained insight into the key factors of successful digital transformation and its impact on company competitiveness.
The module concluded with a session by Miša Lukić, founder of New Startegy, who spoke about the concept of personal AI and the future of work. Participants discussed how artificial intelligence is changing the way we learn, work, and make decisions, as well as the skills that will become increasingly important in the future business environment.
