AmChamps participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the operations of one of the region’s leading distribution and logistics systems through a visit to Nelt, learning more about the various functions and processes that form the foundation of the company’s successful business model.
The program opened with a presentation by Marija Ilić, Talent Attraction and Selection Manager, who introduced participants to Nelt, its development journey, organizational structure, and opportunities for employee growth and professional development.
Participants then explored the role and importance of the sales function through a session led by Marina Milojević, Portfolio Manager. Using practical examples, she presented key aspects of portfolio management and highlighted the importance of sales activities in achieving the company’s business objectives.
Miloš Mutavdžić, International Transport Specialist, spoke about the organization of logistics processes and the challenges of international transportation. Participants learned more about the complexity of logistics operations, transport planning, and the importance of effective coordination throughout the supply chain.
A highlight of the visit was the tour of Nelt’s warehouse facilities, where participants had the opportunity to see first-hand how logistics processes operate and how technology supports day-to-day business activities.
The program concluded with a workshop that enabled participants to connect the knowledge gained throughout the day with practical examples and further deepen their understanding of the topics covered.
