AmChamps participants had the opportunity to explore different aspects of leadership and business transformation through a module held at MSD, dedicated to efficient business management.
The program was opened by representatives of MSD with a session on leadership through the launch of a pharmaceutical product in a local market with global ambitions. Experiences and challenges in this field were shared by George Pavel, Executive Director, Sandra Marinković, Director of External Affairs, as well as Jovana Dolić and Katarina Argirović, AmChamps alumni who participated in the session as speakers. Through practical examples, participants gained insight into the processes behind successful product positioning and the importance of cross-functional collaboration within a company.
Aleksandar Vratonjić Gligorijević, CMO at Telegroup System, spoke about the professionalization of family businesses. Through an overview of the company’s development and organizational changes, participants learned more about the challenges and opportunities that accompany the transformation of family-owned companies into modern business systems.
The topic of business transformation and corporate affairs was the focus of a session delivered by Ivana Radmilac, Communications Manager for the Southeast Europe region at Philip Morris International. Participants gained insight into transformation processes within large organizations, as well as the importance of communications and corporate affairs in supporting business change.
The module concluded with a session by Sandra Vučurović, Director at Marsh, who spoke about leadership in times of uncertainty and risk management as one of the key leadership skills. Through practical examples and real business experiences, participants explored how leaders can identify, assess, and manage risks in environments characterized by rapid change and uncertainty.
