AmChamps participants had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into manufacturing processes, business operations, and professional development opportunities through visits to two leading international companies – Coca-Cola Hellenic and Ball Packaging.
The first stop was the Coca-Cola Hellenic production facility, where participants toured the manufacturing plant and learned more about the processes behind the production of one of the world’s most recognizable brands. In addition to gaining insight into the company’s operations, participants learned about employment opportunities, talent development programs, and career paths available to young professionals. Nataša Šćepanović Rajović spoke about the company’s culture and employee development, presenting various initiatives focused on professional growth and continuous learning.
Following the visit to Coca-Cola Hellenic, the program continued at Ball Packaging. During the factory tour, participants had the opportunity to learn more about the production process of aluminum cans, as well as the technological and operational standards that enable the production of billions of cans each year.
Nikola Cerović, General Manager of the plant, spoke about the company’s business achievements, development, and approach to sustainable manufacturing. Through the company presentation and production facility tour, participants gained a deeper understanding of the importance of innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in modern manufacturing.
