The seminar “AInsights: Business Transformation through AI – Stories from Local and Regional Practice” brought together representatives of leading tech companies and members of the business community interested in the practical application of artificial intelligence.
Participants had the opportunity to learn how companies like Telekom Srbija, Konzum, IDIKA, MOL, and Carnet are using AI tools to enhance business processes, customer service, and data analytics. Experts from Microsoft, Oracle, and IBM shared their experiences and projects, emphasizing the importance of a strategic approach in developing and implementing AI solutions.
The event was moderated by Nikola Polić from IBM, Chair of AmCham’s Digital Economy Committee, who led a discussion on the key challenges and potential for further development of artificial intelligence in the region.
The seminar concluded with an informal gathering and networking cocktail, allowing participants to exchange ideas and best practices.
