Participants of the AmChamps 2.1 program spent three days on a team-building retreat at Kopaonik, where educational and leisure activities helped strengthen connections and foster team spirit.
The program kicked off with a lecture by Mihailo Janković, CEO of MK Group, on the topic of “Change Management”, which sparked a lively exchange on leadership and adaptability in today’s business environment. The second day featured an engaging business simulation “Promises, Promises!” led by Mladen Čudanov and Gorana Golubović Vuksanović from 2DO Consulting.
In addition to intensive sessions, some participants used their free time to hike to Pančić’s Peak, symbolically linking the physical challenge to personal and team development. Evenings were marked by a relaxed atmosphere with karaoke and a traditional tavern night, further strengthening bonds in an informal setting.
Kopaonik once again proved that a great atmosphere, a well-crafted program, and inspiring speakers are key to developing future leaders.
