AmCham Supports Young Lawyers in BG Open Pre – Moot Competition

During the weekend, the BG Open Pre-Moot preparatory competition was held at the Faculty of Law and attracted students from more than 76 universities from 32 countries. At this competition, students had the opportunity to test their professional knowledge and practical skills in international trade law and international arbitration law, which provided them with the best preparation for the most famous international competition, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot that every year is held in Vienna. The preparatory competition was preceded by the 11th Belgrade Arbitration Conference.

This year, as in previous years, AmCham participated in the organization of this event as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy, investment in the academic community and the promotion of the best students in Serbia, providing technical and logistical support at the competition.

Students from Universities: Stetson (USA), Lausanne (Switzerland), Heidelberg (Germany), St. Louis (USA), Zenica (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Penn State (USA), Berkley (USA) and Latvia (Latvia).
