The opening address was delivered by Branko Milutinović, the CEO of Nordeus and co-founder of the Nordeus Foundation. He shared his entrepreneurial journey with the participants, discussing the challenges and specifics of the video game industry.
Sava Pavlović, the founder of the startup Farmit, gave a lecture on the key considerations before starting a startup, highlighting the crucial steps that can significantly impact the success or failure of young entrepreneurial ventures.
Diana Gligorijević from Telegroup Systems and Željko Tomić from OSA Computer Engineering discussed the challenges and advantages of running a family business, offering advice on long-term strategy and maintaining stability in family-owned companies. Additionally, Željko emphasized the importance of developing an exit strategy, i.e., creating an effective leadership transition mechanism from one generation to the next in family businesses.
The final part of the program included a discussion with Bojan Martinović, the founder of Inclusio, who spoke about the role of entrepreneurship in building a better society, highlighting the importance of inclusive initiatives and responsible business practices.
