The AmChamps program has entered its final phase, marked by the award ceremony and celebration of the official part of the program, as well as the announcement of the finalists who will continue competing in the final stage.
At the ceremony held at the AmCham premises, participants were addressed by Vera Nikolić Dimić, Director of the Executive Office of AmCham, who highlighted the importance of dedication, effort, and engagement demonstrated by all participants throughout the program. On this occasion, certificates were awarded as recognition of the successful completion of this phase of the AmChamps 2.2 program.
The event brought together participants, lecturers, and company representatives, accompanied by a cocktail reception and DJ program, providing an opportunity to once again exchange experiences and impressions from the past months of learning and collaboration.
The finalists of the AmChamps 2.2 program were also announced, distinguished through months of dedication and engagement among 19 mentoring pairs.

As part of the final phase of the program, each finalist mentoring pair will be assigned a project task defined by senior company management. The purpose of this assignment is to enable participants to work on a real business challenge through projects with strategic or operational relevance, as well as potential for practical implementation within the companies.
