In the semi-finals race of this unique program initiated to contribute to the professional and personal development of young people through the synergy of the academic and corporate sectors, participants presented case studies on the topic: ''Amazon evolves into offline retail” provided by Coca-Cola Hellenic.
Out of eight pairs of mentor-mentees, the jury selected three pairs that will be given final project task from the GMs of the companies where the mentors work. Ljubica Ralević (KPMG) and Kristina Rakulj (Faculty of Organizational Sciences), Natalija Lukić (Transcom) and Jovana Blagojević (Faculty of Political Science), Petar Živković (Cotrugli Alumni Club) and Milja Radosavljević (Faculty of Organizational Sciences) will complete their projects in the final round and the pair that creates, prepares and presents best, will be named the winner of this year’s program.
The jury in this semi-finals session was composed of Branislav Savić, General Manager of Ball Packaging Europe and first Vice President of AmCham Executive Board; Marko Kulić, Junior KA Manager at Coca-Cola Hellenic and Ivan Milosavljević, financial expert at USAID. Members of the jury pointed out that the process of selecting the finalists represented a big challenge because all resented projects were well prepared. They were particularly pleased by noticing the bonds formed among mentors and students who complement each other in the best way. All students completing in the finals will be given the opportunity to work in AmCham member companies for at least a month, while the managers will be given a chance to consult with special trainers. All finals couples will receive valuable prizes, and the winning pair will receive a full scholarship to Sheffield University’s Executive MBA program. The other two managers will receive a half scholarship for the Executive MBA, and the other two students will receive a half scholarship for a master’s degree.
