Participants in the program had the opportunity to delve into the career journey of Ksenija Karić, the CEO of Schneider Electric, in a lecture titled “Balance Between Career and Personal Life.” Through sharing her experiences, Ksenija provided participants with a deeper insight into key moments of her professional ascent, emphasizing the importance of maintaining harmony between professional obligations and personal aspects of life.
In addition, attendees were able to participate in a business simulation called “Promises, Promises,” led by Mladen Čudanov, a professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences. Through this interactive simulation, participants had the opportunity to directly experience and understand the importance of intangible resources, the concept of “We focus,” and the significance of corporate culture in the contemporary business world.
The knowledge gained during this day serves as a foundation for participants’ further professional journey, laying the groundwork for sustainable and successful work in the future.
