A new gathering took place within the AmChamps10 program.
The AmChamps day began with Predrag Mihajlović, CEO of OTP Bank, who spoke on the subject of trends in the banking sector. Mihajlović emphasized the importance of technological innovations, digitalization of services, and adapting business models to ensure banks remain competitive in the contemporary business environment.
Ivana Pejak, HR Director at Medigroup, shared her knowledge and twenty years of experience in the field of organizational structure management. Her lecture explored how a well-established organizational structure can contribute to efficiency, the improvement of service quality, and the long-term success of business.
Nikola Milosavljević – HR Fabrika, led an interactive workshop on “Storytelling,” where he highlighted the power of conversation and storytelling as tools for connecting with employees, clients, and other relevant stakeholders. Workshop participants had the opportunity to learn how to successfully use narrative techniques to strengthen a brand, motivate employees, and build trust with interest groups.
This event was an opportunity for professional development and the exchange of ideas among experts from different sectors.
