The prestigious ‘Top Employers Institute’ has, for the fourth consecutive time, awarded Lidl Serbia recognition as the most desirable employer.
The ‘Top Employers Institute’ certifies companies based on an examination of processes and practices in the field of human resource management, encompassing six key areas: people-focused strategy, working environment, recruitment, employee development, diversity and inclusion, as well as job satisfaction.
Lidl Serbia operates with precisely defined HR processes and procedures, demonstrating its professionalism and commitment to its employees. The company is renowned for providing competitive working conditions, and recently, two salary increases for sales employees were announced during the year. Additionally, one-time financial bonuses, an increase in the annual leave from the existing 22 to an impressive 24 days per year, with the possibility of an additional day every three years of employment, up to a maximum of 28 days, have been introduced.
