This time, the AmChamps participants had the opportunity to delve into the operations of Henkel during their visit to its factory in Kruševac.
The visit, organized to provide participants with a deeper insight into the company’s operations, was enriched not only with discussions about business but also about the “Plant and Safety” concept.
The program began with an introductory presentation on the company’s history, values, and goals, giving participants a broad overview of Henkel’s global network and its production facilities worldwide.
One of the key moments during the visit was the focus on the “Plant and Safety” concept, which represents an integrated approach to workplace safety and sustainability in the facilities. Participants had the chance to learn about Henkel’s best practices and standards in this area, as well as to become familiar with the specific measures the company takes to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for its employees.
Following the theoretical part, participants had the opportunity to tour the company’s production facilities, where they could see the production process live and become acquainted with the technical aspects of the operations. This practical demonstration allowed participants to gain a better understanding of the complexity and precision of the production processes that Henkel applies to ensure the quality of its products.
