With the five additional markets that are scheduled to debut this year, they will be present in 28 countries worldwide by the end of 2024.
“We welcomed the new year as a leader in the confectionery industry, introducing as many as four new products in the last quarter. An illustration I like to use to convey what it truly means to be a leader is the fact that every second biscuit comes directly from our factory in Požarevac,” emphasized Dragan Stajković, the CEO of Bambi company.
In the past year, Bambi company achieved significant results by launching four new products and doubling the production of its most renowned brand, Plazma. They invested 12 million euros in expanding capacity and opening five new markets, particularly in the region and Africa. Additionally, a Research and Development Center has been inaugurated.
In the previous year, the company particularly focused on attracting and developing quality talent, with a special emphasis on social responsibility, employee well-being, and supporting communities through donations and projects such as the Sports Games for Youth. Bambi company bases its operations on sustainable development principles. Their main goal is to achieve zero waste in production facilities by 2030, using renewable energy and implementing solar panels. Sustainability is also integrated into collaboration with suppliers and the entire supply chain.
