HR managers from AmCham member companies have taken part in the second HR Happy Hours session on "Recruitment & Onboarding" organized by KPMG.
Damir Kovačević & Sandra Čupurdija from the Absence Management Institute held a workshop on models for managing all forms of absence from work. They talked with HR forum members about the causes, consequences, and cost of absenteeism and the tools for managing this phenomenon.
The first HR Happy Hours session, hosted by ManpowerGroup Serbia, which focused on Power Struggles in the Labor Market, took place in an atmosphere of open and transparent discussion and produced valuable results.
HResurs 2.0 program participants spent their fourth gathering at the Palace of Serbia, where they attended a lecture on Personal Development and Personnel Retention Plans, held by Mind Protect director Tamara Tomović and Microsoft HR Manager Nikola Ilijin.

The second gathering of the HResurs 2.0 program saw participants and employees in the public administration human resources sector attend a panel discussion on the challenges faced by managers in the private sector and public administration. The panel was moderated by Ivona Simić, advisor to the Serbian Prime Minister, while participants included Jelena Kralj from Pedersen & Partners, Dragica Bojanić from Trizma and Snežana Antonijević from the National Academy for Public Administration, as well as Željko Brkić from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The first gathering of the HResurs 2.0 program has taken place at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, where PwC Academy Leader Miro Smolović and Milica Zec, Leader of the Training and Development Department at Sitel, held a workshop on the subject of "The power of feedback".
Today marked the start of the HResurs 2.0 program, organized by AmCham and the Serbian Government and conducted by the National Academy for Public Administration of Serbia, aimed at improving human resources in the public and private sectors.
