HResurs – a three-month mentoring program in human resources, in cooperation of AmCham and National Academy for Public Administration — was ceremonially completed on December 26, 2018.
HResurs participants had an opportunity to learn more about HR Management bases at the forth workshop in this mentoring program.
As a part of cooperation with the National Academy for Public Administration the third presentation within the HResurs program, held in Philip Morris premises, was dedicated to innovations in training design and implementation and the term and essence of coaching.
The second presentation of the HResurs program, dedicated to the role of the facilitators and their skills, was held by HResurs mentor Ivana Pupić from UniCredit bank.
The first presentation of the HResurs program was dedicated to Human resources management in the State Administration. The presenter, Ivica Lazović, from the Republic’s agency for peaceful settlement of labor disputes stated that the State Administration has been missing this type of collaboration between the public and private sectors.
