CBS International wins two Best in Industry awards at CIJ Awards Serbia 2021

CIJ Awards Serbia 2021, presented for the fifth consecutive year by the renowned Central and Eastern European real estate magazine, took place online due to the ongoing pandemic. Awards were given in 17 categories.

CBS International was recognised in the categories of Best Local Real Estate Agency and Best Commercial Real Estate Agency.

‘What makes us proud of our work is that, apart from the corporate awards, the projects we have been involved in from the initial development advisory phase have also been recognised as the best in the market in their respective categories. The Skyline Belgrade mixed-use commercial and residential development won the award for Best Premium Residential Development, while the first New Belgrade condominium Wellport was chosen as the Best Standard Residential Development’, commented Goran Živković, Director of CBS International.

CIJ Awards were first made in late 2001 in the Central and Eastern European market, and have for the past five years been conferred on top Serbian real estate firms as well.
