CMS recently advised the Slovenian branch of Sberbank regarding the financial restructuring of two loans amounting to a total of EUR 20 million granted to Dijamant AD, Serbia’s largest producer of edible oils and the leading manufacturer of margarine, vegetable fats, mayonnaise and delicatessen products based on mayonnaise.
The transaction also included Kikindski Mlin AD, a famous Serbian company with a long-standing tradition of storage and processing of grain, and its famous Kikinda flour.
“We have been assisting Sberbank for many years. Sberbank is the largest bank in Russia and a leading international financial institution and we are very proud to have such a reputable client in our portfolio,” said Ivan Gazdić, CMS’s new Head of Projects and Infrastructure practice in Belgrade.
Apart from drafting cross-border loan documents, the CMS Belgrade team also provided full support in preparing and registering collaterals.
