Company continues sharing knowledge to empower partners and associates
This year’s Coke Academy was devoted to helping the HoReCa industry face the challenges of geopolitical developments and the current global economic crisis, and how suppliers can assist in this task.
During the two-day partner support project, owners and managers of HoReCa businesses were able to have their questions answered and benefit from advice in areas such as retaining staff and attracting talent, learning about emerging trends in the hospitality industry and its future development, and developing financial structures for hospitality venues.
‘A key strength of our company is our extensive network of strong partnerships. In challenging times, we continue to build partnerships and support the businesses we work with. That is how our unique project Coke Academy was created, an initiative that allows us to share our knowledge and experiences that come from being a large corporation and so empower our partners in a variety of industries. Our first Coke Academy was focused on small shopkeepers, whilst this edition is dedicated to the HoReCa sector. We will continue this effort in the coming year because we believe knowledge is key for sustainable and successful business’, said Saša Marković, Sales Director at Coca-Cola HBC Serbia.
Coke Academy is not the only support activity offered by Coca-Cola HBC Serbia to the hospitality industry. During the coronavirus pandemic, the company launched its HoReCa Community platform, which allowed all employees in the hospitality sector to network, create their profiles, follow events and trends in the hospitality field, post job advertisements, or raise topics for discussion.
