Delta Holding Presents Its 17th Sustainability Report

By AmCham-user  Published On 10/07/2026

Sustainable Growth Through Investment in People, Communities, and the Green Transition

Delta Holding has presented its 17th Sustainability Report, showcasing the company’s achievements in 2025 across environmental protection, employee development, community engagement, and responsible corporate governance. The report confirms the company’s continued commitment to business growth while advancing its ESG performance. Greenhouse gas emission intensity was reduced by 39% compared to the 2022 baseline year, while absolute emissions decreased by 10%, despite continued business expansion.

The results are presented in the company’s 2025 ESG Report, prepared in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) methodology and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). The full report is available here.

“The results we are presenting demonstrate that sustainability is not a standalone initiative, but the way we develop our company. For us, ESG is not merely a compliance framework—it is the compass that guides our growth, investment decisions, and long-term competitiveness. We are especially proud that, alongside business growth, we have continued to reduce our environmental impact while investing in our people, innovation, and the communities in which we operate,” said Angelina Nekić, Vice President of Delta Holding and CEO of Delta Real Estate Group.

The report presentation also featured a panel discussion titled “ESG in the New Business Environment: From Obligation to Strategic Advantage,” focusing on the role of sustainability in investment decisions and modern business development. Bodin Bulatović, Country Officer of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for Serbia, emphasized that international financial institutions increasingly value companies that integrate sustainability into their business models, as this approach strengthens long-term resilience and competitiveness.

Delta Holding also continued investing in employee development. During 2025, employees completed more than 23,000 hours of professional training, while the Young Leaders and Delta’s Future programmes continued to foster the next generation of professionals and business leaders. As the Chair of the Board of the United Nations Global Compact Network Serbia, Delta Holding remains committed to promoting the highest ESG standards across the Serbian business community.
