The global real estate consultancy firm Cushman & Wakefield has signed an exclusive partnership agreement with the regional leader company CBS International to expand its business into the Austrian market
The company CBS International, with nearly 400 employees, will operate in Austria under the name Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, with an office in District 1010 in Vienna, led by director Tomas Šanda. The team consists of local real estate experts specialized in all areas of brokerage and consulting services.
Dragan Radulović, Director of CBS International Group, which now includes Austrian Cushman & Wakefield CBS International, stated:
