
Over the course of its five years of operation, Lidl has expanded its presence to 38 cities across the country, with 67 stores, two logistics centers, and approximately 3,300 employees.
According to the 2023 GFK research, Lidl ranks first in overall customer satisfaction. The same research also indicates that Lidl holds the top position in ratings for overall satisfaction and in categories such as fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as the bakery.
In addition to tracking the habits and needs of its customers, Lidl is also focused on the satisfaction and development of its employees. Since the inception of Lidl in Serbia, over 375 training programs have been conducted. Furthermore, employees have spent a total of 77,677 days, equivalent to 213 years, participating in training in other countries with the aim of transferring knowledge and experiences gained abroad to their daily work.
